Muhammad Chaudhry

Director of Asset Management

Muhammad has extensive experience in asset management and accounting. He plays a vital role in ensuring the team is maximizing the value of every asset and works closely with the operations team. He also oversees our accounting department.

Khalid Chaudhry

Director of Real Estate Development

Khalid has lifelong experience in the hospitality industry, being a 2nd generation hotelier he started at a young age. In 2014 he moved over to purchasing and procurement and is instrumental in the procurement and construction process for  new developments as well as hotel renovations. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and travelling.

Pamela Montgomery

Director of Revenue Management

Pamela Montgomery has been in hospitality industry for over 25 years. She has great foresight and revenue management skills across multi branded revenue management systems as well as command of GDS systems: Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan and Amadeus. In her free time she loves going on cruises with her hubby Mike.

Tammy Katona

Payroll Manager

Tammy previously worked as a loan officer and as a bank manager before she came over to Indiana Hospitality Group. She is one of our first associates and is instrumental in our companies day to day operations.

David Elliott

Executive Director Assets

Mr. Elliott has worked with Indiana Hospitality group for over 25 years being one of the first employees. He started in operations and managed multiple properties as a GM and area director of operations before coming over to corporate office to take over accounting, management of the corporate office, financial reporting and all things construction and development related. There is nothing he can't do.

Brett Aschliman

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Brett began his career in operations with White Lodging over 25 years ago. he knows the ins and outs of the front desk, restaurants and housekeeping. Brett also has sales experience with full service Hiltons and Holiday Inn. Brett joined Indiana Hospitality Group in 2021 as an area sales manager and was quickly promoted to his current role based off of performance. He has a degree in hospitality management from IUPUI.

Bruce MacLennan

Area Director Of Operations-Southern

Bruce started his career in hospitality over 35 years ago. After graduating from Purdue, he joined Wine Gardner Hammons and managed full-service Holiday Inn and Radisson hotels. Wanting to get closer to family, he returned to Ohio and then managed several full service hotels including a Wyndham and Holiday Inn & Conference Center and has a plethora of operations experience..

Leydi Villamar

Area Director Of Operations-Eastern

Leydi started with us as an assistant general manager in the Fort Wayne market in 2017. She was quickly promoted to a general manager, then dual general manager and now area director of operations. Her specialty is brand compliance and guest relations. In her free time she enjoys travelling and spending time with family.

Stephanie Britten

VP of Quality and Training

Stephanie has worked with many brands including, Marriott, IHG, Hilton and IHG corporate. She has a vast array of expertise in brand standards, employee relations, training and recruiting.  Stephanie has opened many new hotels, assisted in construction management and previously served as an area director of operations with one of the top performing regions in the company.

Terry Riddle

VP of Asset Management

Terry has been directly involved in construction and operations of hotels for over 25 years. He played an integral role and has spearheaded much of the growth of Indiana Hospitality Group. He has a keen eye for details and a strategic view of the direction of the industry and key sub-markets. He has deep relationships with individuals and companies across the entire hospitality value chain.

Keith Rasnake

Corporate Director Of Task Force

Keith previously managed full service resorts, restaurants and private clubs.  His specialty is in distressed asset turn around. Keith is a former Lt. Commander with the US Navy. He also graduated from Cornell University with a masters in marine architecture and a MBA. In his free time he enjoys doing wood work and collecting antiques.

Blake Beal

Corporate Task Force Manager

Blake is a veteran in our industry and has many years experience with IHG and Marriott, He also has experience in sales and marketing. Blake graduated from Huntington University with a B.S. in business.  In his free time he enjoys hiking and the great outdoors.

James Goka

Area Manager - Michigan Region

James has been in the Hospitality Industry for over 30 years.  He has performed successfully in General Manager, Sales & Marketing, and Food & Beverage Leadership Roles at both Full and Select Service Properties.  James is familiar with Hiltom, Marriott, and IHG Brands.  He currently serves as Area Manager for our Michigan Properties.  James enjoys traveling and spending time with his five grown children and their families - including three grandchildren.

Rachel Jarrett

Area Manager - Central Region

Rachel has many years experience with Choice and IHG hotel brands. She started with Indiana Hospitality Group in 2019 and quickly moved her way up to an opening general manager position. Rachel specializes in distressed hotel turnaround, employee relations and brand compliance. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Rosa Espinoza

Area Manager - Western Region

Rosa has over 8 years of hospitality experience and over 15 years of management experience. Over the years Rosa has been a GM, task force manager and has worked with Wyndham, Choice and IHG branded hotels.  She enjoys the hospitality leadership side of things, making a hotel from good to great!  In her free time, she likes to ride motorcycles & be with family.
